  • Payments are processed within 3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times will be between 15-20 days. (We are so sorry for this time window and we are working on it to be as fast as possible).

  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • Asmaba is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation however, If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
